		<description>Hi George, thanks for your feedback.   Your software solution is a great place to start with streamlining, ensuring consistency both in message and sharing common knowledge of the organization with new recruits - however, difficult from a socialization perspective to rely on automated tasks in the process and information being broadcasted to the new recruit.  Finding ways to increase the interactivity as well as ensuring that people in the organization also are socialized to the new members of staff - its a challenge for everyone to know &quot;who&#039;s who&quot; with the mobility of the workforce.  

Another area that can be a challenge is those who are not &quot;hired as per regular jobs/status&quot;, but in the use of varying employment relationships, although may not be continuous status, still need to socialized to the workplace.</description>
